I had booked a family room . When we arrived it was freezing there was a problem with boiler . Which fair enough these things can happen . . When I pulled blind down there was loads of dead wasps I picked some up put in bin . But could see some on carpet . The bathroom was all dusty and hairs definitely hadn't been cleaned the shower basin was unlevel which meant floor was soaking . . My daughter had to keep calling reception as baby was frozen . Eventually we were put in to 2 separate rooms . Which were mouldy room 17 window didn't close properly . And room 19 no kettle but cups . We had booked in here as it was a memorial celebration for my brother so we had no choice . May I say the staff were nice and done there best .
